Katie Price has always had dreams of pop stardom.
The recently bankrupt star, 41, is not done trying to top the charts as she has hopes of re-recording the duet she once sang with her ex-husband Peter Andre .
However, the former glamour model is not planning on asking Pete to lend his voice to the track for a revamp but instead wants to enlist the help of her ex and pal Dane Bowers.
A source revealed the mother-of-five's plans for chart domination as they told The Sun: "Katie reckons she can have a huge hit with Dane - he's got a great voice, so has she.
"Her mate Rick Live has already agreed to produce it and reckons it'll be an upbeat, dance version of A Whole New World. She said she made it platinum with Pete, and it'll be even bigger with Dane."
Katie and Pete -who share children Princess, 12, and Junior, 14 - reached number 20 in the charts when they released a cover of a Whole New World from Disney's Aladdin in 2006.
The song was part of their joint album, which received platinum status, and featured 12 songs.
Katie's hopes of singing with Dane, who has recorded with Victoria Beckham in the past, comes after she flirted with her ex flame on a night out and told him he was the love of her life in scenes set to be shown in her new show My Crazy Life.
She visited London club Jakata and was invited by one of Bowers' pals to support his new band Boyz On Block in October.
The once loved-up pair began flirting at the start of the night as a flustered Katie ran over and gushed: "Oh Dane how are you my darling?"
She continued: "You was a really good singer and a really good dancer, why do you think I fell for you?"
Dane tried to deny Katie's flirty comments, but she insisted: "You can dance. When you was fat, you could dance. You was fat back in the day and I loved you when you was like that. And you broke my heart."
She turned around to his friend and told him: "I loved him so much, he was the love of my life then."
An awkward Dane asked her: "Are you married now?" before she replied: "I'm single, I'm single."
He then told the camera crew to not let her have any shots, which Katie didn't like.
The pair famously made a sex tape together when they dated from 1998 to 2000.
The reality star often makes jokes about her "toe-job" sex tape with the Another Level singer, which shows Pricey and Dane getting very intimate in the bedroom.
