Katie Price's mum has called up plastic surgeons to stop them from operating on her daughter.
The 42-year-old former glamour model revealed that Amy, 66, has gone to extreme measures to stop her daughter from going back under the knife - so now she doesn't tell her what she's having done until after the procedure.
Speaking to the Sunday Times Magazine, Katie said: "The number of times she’s said, 'You’re not having another boob job, you’re beautiful as you are.' I know she’s right but at the time you don’t think like that.
"Now I don’t tell her what I’ve done until I’ve woken up because I know she’ll call the surgeon. In the past, she’s gone, 'If you operate on my daughter I’m reporting you to the GMC' [General Medical Council]."
Mum-of-five Kate has never been shy about sharing the operations she's had, and even shown off some of her removed breast implants on her reality TV shows.
But there's one person she won't crow about what she's up to.... her mum.
Amy added - via Zoom - that despite making her feelings known, Katie continues to get work done - and as she gets it all for free, there really is no stopping her.
She said: "I’ve disagreed with every procedure she’s ever had. She doesn’t tell me now because she knows I’ll go ballistic.
"Maybe she does it because she doesn’t feel she’s attractive enough, or maybe it’s body dysmorphia.
"Part of the problem is she gets her surgeries free, so someone is always capitalising on her name."
When Katie first became a glamour model at age 17, she was a natural 32B bust, but a cruel comment from a photographer made her determined to get breast implants.
Amy said: "What we didn’t understand was why she had all the breast surgeries, because she didn’t need them.
"At 17 a photographer told her she needed to be bigger. I was so angry. I phoned the surgeon and said: 'You can’t do this, you need my permission.'
"When she was 18 she phoned on her way down to the operating theatre, so it was too late to stop it. She thought it was the only way she’d be successful."
Over the years Katie has had at least eleven boob jobs, liposuction, bum lifts, veneers replacing her natural teeth, botox and fillers, a nose job and her eyebrows tattooed.
She has also had a face lift, which subsequently got infected and needed medical intervention.
