Former glamour model Katie Price has been handed a suspended sentence for drink-driving while disqualified and without insurance following a crash near her home in Sussex.
District Judge Kelly has sentenced the 43-year-old to a 16 weeks prison sentence, suspended for 12 months.
Price will have to undergo 100 hours of unpaid work in community.
Her driving ban has been kept to two years and Price will not have to take an extended driving test.
There will be no separate penalty for the charge of driving without insurance.
Ahead of sentencing, District Judge Kelly told Price: "When you chose to get behind the wheel that night you showed no concern for others.
"You could have killed somebody.
"Your actions meant the emergency services had to use up their precious time. You knowingly and deliberately flouted a court order and not for the first time.
"You seem to think you are above the law."
He told Price that she is "extremely lucky" that her sentencing hearing was deferred, and that the former glamour model "may deserve to spend Christmas behind bars".
He added: "I cannot send you to jail today even though you may deserve to spend Christmas behind bars. You are extremely lucky the magistrates on a previous occasion decided to defer their decision."
Price, 43, admitted drink-driving, driving while disqualified and driving without insurance.
She entered her pleas at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on 29 September, a day after telling police: “I took drugs, I should not be driving, I admit it all” following a collision on the B2135 near Partridge Green.
