Katie Price said she was proud of her son Harvey for "defying all the odds" in a gushing birthday tribute.
The former glamour model, 42, marked her eldest child's 18th birthday as a milestone with a collection of throwback pictures and a sweet message.
Mother-of-five Katie pointed out her son - who is visually impaired, autistic and suffers from Prader-Willi syndrome - has never let his disabilities stop him.
In the heart-warming message, the reality star said her son made her proud every single day.
She wrote: "Happy Birthday to my Harvey Price. What a journey the last 18 years have been.
"You’ve defied all the odds and proven that you will not let your disabilities stop you.
"They said you’d never be able to read, but you love reading to your younger brothers and sisters."
Katie gushed over Harvey's incredible artistic talents and unique sense of humour.
The Instagram star also celebrated her son's musical ability to play anything from Beethoven to Queen.
She added: "Your talent has no boundaries with your artwork on public display at Gatwick airport, designed your own greeting cards for Anna Kennedy Online and raising funds for the NHS by designing your own T-shirt.
"You light up a room with your unique humour and you have everybody in stitches.
"You keep me entertained with your diverse taste in music and keyboard skills, from Beethoven to Queen.
"Harvey Price, you make me so proud every single day. Mum x."
Accompanied with the post, Katie shared three throwback snaps of her son.
In one picture, the mother cradled her son as they enjoyed a fairytale visit to Disneyland Paris.
Another sweet moment captured on camera showed Harvey as a newborn waking up from his slumber.
The third picture showed Katie playing with Harvey while he was still a young tot.
Harvey sadly doesn't have a relationship with his dad Dwight Yorke.
Katie has four other children from two of her three marriages.
She shares Princess and Junior with her first ex-husband Peter Andre.
Her youngest children Jett and Bunny were born into her third failed marriage with Kieran Hayler.
