Katie Price is on a mission to make her bum smaller by dissolving all the fat she's had pumped into it.
Opening up about her insecurity, the former glamour model admitted she "hates" her bum and wants to "make it smaller".
She shared in a new YouTube video that she's undergoing fat dissolving treatments.
The mum-of-five, 43, shared a bit too much information with her fans as she had two colonic irrigations to clean out her insides and a bizarre facial with needles before kicking off her fat-dissolving treatment.
She said: "We've been put under the test today… Literally, top-to-toe is good."
And she declared that she could "actually feel a difference" as she admired herself in the mirror after she was hooked up to the machine to kick off the dissolving process.
She said: "A few more treatments and that'll be good, won't it?"
Katie then joked about Brazilian bum lifts as she held up a peach-shaped cushion to her bum, with the words 'Brazilian Booty Lift' printed on it.
"Guys, do you think I should have one of these? A peachy Brazilian bum lift," she quipped.
Smacking her bottom, she added: "No! I've come here to get my bum smaller.
"I hate it, I want it smaller!"
In March, Katie, who recently got engaged to former Love Island star Carl Woods, denied that she had a secret bum lift during lockdown.
She was forced to shut down rumours after fans pointed to so-called "evidence" they had found in new photos.
But her rep told The Sun at the time: "Katie has not had any recent work to her posterior.
"The shape is completely natural, effects from gaining a few pounds."
Katie has had the procedure before though, being left bed-bound in 2019 after the cosmetic surgery.
She said on her reality show My Crazy Life: "I look like a bloated alien, it won't stay like this but my body is in bits.
"I had liposuction, my own fat injected into my bum, then fat put under my eyes - and a little lift."
Not long after she had the procedure, an insider claimed she wanted it reversed.
The source said: "Katie thinks she looks fat with a big bum and reckons she wants it back to how it was, instead of having more fat pumped into her bum to keep it perky.
"She always wanted a hourglass figure and complained about having a flat bum, but it didn’t look like she thought it would.
"Now she wants her old bum back. Plus, it was so painful when she got it done, she doesn’t want to go through it all again."
