Katie Price has been forced to remove her pink Jeep from eBay despite attracting £66,000 worth of bids because of cruel trolls 'targeting' the car dealership.
After being banned from driving for three months and receiving a heavy fine, Price turned to the online auction site to raise some money by flogging her used motor – even promising to sign it and greet the buyer.
But the former glamour model had to unlist her vile vehicle, which is decorated with a Barbie pink interior and exterior, after the Suzuki dealership was reportedly bombarded with messages from trolls.
A source told The Mirror: “We had to remove it because of all the calls and messages we had been getting. It's still not sold.”
Standard Online has contacted representatives for Price and Suzuki for comment.
This week, Price announced that she was going to sell her car to raise cash – and donate to charity – with a view to “starting fresh with a new car” when she can drive again.
Within 24 hours of its listing, the Jeep had attracted over 200 bids, with one eager bidder pledging £66,200 for the Barbie-inspired four-wheeled metal.
Bidding had been due to end on January 25 but has been abruptly terminated.
Earlier this month, Price was banned from driving for three months after she pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and without insurance at Crawley Magistrates Court.
Price, 40, was also fined £1,100, which she told a judge she would not be able to pay.
