Katie Price has revealed that she fears her previous C-sections could harm her having more children.
The former glamour model, 42, is looking to add to her brood of five children with boyfriend Carl Woods.
Katie has revealed her hopes to have up to four more children in the future but that her "age isn't helping" and realistically she sees having two more.
She is said to have recognised the increased risks with further births as a result of her previously having had four Caesarean section.
Katie gave birth to eldest son Harvey Price, 18, naturally, while her children with first husband Peter Andre - son Junior, 15, and daughter Princess, 13 - were both delivered through a C-section.
She later needed to have emergency C-sections when having her children with third husband Kieran Hayler - son Jett, seven, and daughter Bunny, six.
Reflecting on Jett's birth, Katie told The Sun: "This doctor only gave me the epidural [not the anaesthetic].
"I could tell the doctor was close to making the first incision but I wasn't numb yet.
"But the first incision was made and I could feel the pressure of it."
The media personality described the births as a "nightmare" instead of the "magical" experience she hoped for.
Multiple C-sections are thought to increase risk of complications with future ones, with concerns of issues with the placenta or with incisions, which can result in hernias and/or blood transfusions.
However, despite concerns surrounding the added risks to further births with her history of C-sections, Katie is still keen to have more children.
Katie revealed: "I'm not pregnant yet. I've just put on lockdown weight. But I do want more babies."
She notes that she loves being a mother but her other children are getting older now.
Meanwhile, speaking of her children getting older, her eldest son Harvey is now carving his place in the entertainment industry with his own showbiz representation.
The new step comes following his appearance in BBC documentary Katie Price: Harvey & Me.
