Katie Price's ex Charles Drury made sensational claims about their relationship last week, saying she'd go on regular cocaine binges and stay up for days on end.
And while the former glamour model's reps have denied his allegations, she's said to be terrified about what could come out next.
According to Closer magazine, Katie doesn't remember everything she says or does on wild nights out and fears it could come out.
A source said: "When she goes on a partying binge, she often can't remember everything she's said or done. It's one of her darkest secrets that even she's not sure what's happening when she's in her lowest moments.

"She knows she's been reckless and is capable of almost anything and is worried more could come out that she's not prepared for.
"She always worried Charles would blab, but she's panicking other people could come out of the woodwork."
Mirror Online has contacted Katie's reps for comment.

Charles claims that on the first night they met, they binged on drugs and drink before sleeping together hours later.
He also believes she cheated on him during their fling, but she would never admit to it.
Their relationship came to an end when Charles saw pictures of her leaving Kris' house.
Katie previously admitted to taking cocaine weekly for six months as she struggled to cope with her mum's terminal illness and ex husband Kieran's cheating.

She had checked into rehab and was treated for trauma and depression.
A spokesperson for Katie Price said after Charles' accusations: "There is no truth in the allegation that she is taking drugs every day and has made significant steps to being drug free - there have been lapses in the past but they are just that, not a regular event. Katie is still in recovery and making progress."
