Katie Price was worried Carl Woods would walk away as she came around from her latest cosmetic surgery procedure.
The star thought she would 'die' on the operating table as she was left looking 'like a monster' follower her op in Turkey.
Katie had a Brazilian bum enhancement along with lifts on her lips and eyes, as well as full-body liposuction.
It left her in real pain - and fearing that fiancé Carl, 31, wouldn't hang around.
The former glamour model has spoken about the surgery - and says could go back under the knife again in the years ahead.
Katie joked that most of her relationship with Carl has been based on him helping her to recover after hospital visits.

The 43-year-old to The Sun : “He said, ‘I love you how you are. I wouldn’t be marrying you otherwise'.
"Poor Carl said it was the worst thing he’d ever seen — he thought I was dead - he said it was like watching a piece of meat being carved up.
"I’d do it again," she added. "Maybe in five to ten years.”
Katie went through the surgery nearly three weeks ago in Turkey and has been recovering before she returns to the UK to quarantine.
The mother-of-five insists she doesn’t want to look like an airbrushed girl on Instagram, just a 'bit fresher'.
She claims she made the decision after putting on weight during lockdown and wanted to feel like her old self.

Katie first went under the knife when she was 18, where she had a boob job to go from a B cup to a C cup.
Since then, she reduced her breast size, increased them again, underwent body-contouring treatment, had multiple facelifts and got cheek and lip fillers.
But she lost a lot of blood during the op in Turkey
She admitted feeling 'terrified' about how she would look following the latest string of procedures.
But the star says Carl is fully supportive of her decision to have the new work done.

Katie wants to look perfect for her wedding.
They plan to tie the knot at some point this year - although they have not yet set a date.
She has revealed "no one has ever done" anything like their ceremony as she and Carl tell the world to "expect the unexpected" from their big day.
Katie told The Mirror : "Put it this way, the wedding that I want, if you Googled it, no one has ever done it before.
"No wall-to-wall celeb faces. It’ll be about us, Carl and our family, coming together as one. I want the focus on Carl as much as me."
