Katie Price FALLS up the stairs ahead of Loose Women appearance as My Crazy Life returns for a new series

Katie Price took a tumble ahead of her return to Loose Women in the first episode of the latest series of her reality show My Crazy Life.

The new season of the Quest Red show kicked off by documenting Price’s TV comeback as she made an appearance on the ITV daytime show, which she used to feature on as a regular panellist.

Before filming started, Price said that she felt “nervous” but “excited,” telling viewers: “Today is a really big deal for me. I’m not exactly popular with the press at the moment, not popular with the public and yeah, I am a bit on edge.”

As she climbed up the stairs to the studio, she turned her head backwards to comment on her outfit choice to the cameras, remarking: “I never wear high-waisted [trousers] but I am today.”

She then continued to make her way upwards, before momentarily losing her balance and falling face first.

Luckily, the former glamour model had kept one hand on the bannisters, meaning that she was quickly able to get back on her feet.

“And I can’t walk in flares either!” she joked, before climbing upwards slowly and with greater care.

Despite the slip-up, scenes shot after Price’s Loose Women interview showed the star feeling “pleased” that her cameo had been well received on social media.

“I’m pleased that there’s some positive ones,” she said. “I’m excited – it’s like, I’m at a point in my life where I know I’ve done a big circle, I just want to get out there.”

Price’s fans were pleased to see her make her reality comeback last night, with one Twitter user writing: “Katie falling up the stairs getting too [sic] @loosewomen is one of the most relatable things ever.”

“@KatiePrice Loved tonight’s #KPMyCrazyLife Sooo glad The Pricey is back. Roll on next week’s show now,” another added.

The series is also set to explore Price adopting a new diet alongside boyfriend Kris Boyson, and upcoming episodes are expected to focus on her drink-driving court case.

Katie Price: My Crazy Life airs on Mondays on Quest Red at 10pm.
