Katie Price fooled her fans by posting old pictures of herself modelling a bikini weeks before she underwent liposuction and a tummy tuck.
The snaps were taken during a trip to Ibiza last month before Katie, 40, flew to Turkey for a number of operations, including a face lift.
She has yet to reveal her new post-surgery body, but she baffled many of her followers yesterday by posting the old images.
Many flocked to her Instagram page to tell her how good she looks after the surgery - not realising the pics showed Katie before the ops.
Several were left baffled by her fuller figure, asking how she had managed to put on weight after lipo and a tummy tuck.

One asked: "How have u gained weight hun...?"
Another confused follower wrote: "She looks great because she has had so much surgery.
"I’d look like that if I’d had all that surgery done she’s loving herself."
A third added: "Looking hot @officialkatieprice banging body hope your feeling well after your surgery xx."

Yesterday, Katie told fans she's really happy with the results of her facelift, but her body is still "weeks away" from being fully healed.
In a post on Instagram, she wrote: "10 days since surgery my face still swollen and already over the moon with my face !
"My body still few weeks away from seeing any result but so happy.
"Thank you @comfortzonesurgeryofficial can’t wait for future procedures."
