Katie Price will reportedly face going to prison if she fails to attend her upcoming bankruptcy hearing.
The former glamour model, 43, is set to make a return to court in a bid to try and get out of paying off her £3.2million debt.
She is currently soaking up the sun in St Lucia - on her fourth holiday in two months - with fiancé Carl Woods.
If Katie misses her court appearance and fails to inform the judge, she would be in contempt of court under the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.
A source told The Sun : "Katie is due back next month - the debt is huge and it's unlikely she'll be able to pay it all back.
"She hopes the court is understanding in why it's been slow progress."
Katie, who was declared bankrupt in November 2019, was supposed to pay off £12,000 a month to creditors after taking out an individual voluntary arrangement (IVA). However, she failed to do so.
As a result, officials will now review Katie's attempts to pay back her debts to creditors, two years after going bust.
In November 2020, Katie's bankruptcy was extended after she failed to fulfil the promises she had made her many creditors.
Katie's upcoming hearing is in October, with the star given the option to appear in person or via video link.
Although Katie has a hearing coming up, she has been enjoying a relaxing holiday on the Caribbean island of St Barts.
They started the getaway with a private helicopter ride as they were whisked away to their plush hotel and they've since been enjoying the trappings of their luxury stay.
She even shared a video of her family - including Carl Woods, Princess Andre and Harvey Price - being entertained by a private chef.
Katie also recently flew to Turkey with Carl to get a facelift and full-body liposuction.
The star flew to the red list country last month and insisted that because she was getting plastic surgery done to feel more comfortable on camera, it met with the exemptions.
