Katie Price has come under scrutiny from viewers of today's Good Morning Britain show after the media personality refused to answer any questions on her recent drink-driving crash.
The first question put to Price was to discuss the recent incident but she told presenter Susanna Reid that she wasn't 'ready to talk' about it.
The mum-of-five responded: "The events leading up to it were really traumatic and it’s still been traumatic after, so I’m not ready to talk about it yet.
"What I can say is, I went to The Priory and I’ve made the decision to see a therapist every week forever to deal with the traumatic events that led me up into that car because I’m very good at hiding things.
"When I’m ready to talk about it, I will come on and talk about it because there’s reasons why I got in that car… my mental state."
Instead, Katie Price spoke about her son Harvey's time at college, asking her son to talk about how he's finding being away from home and telling viewers how he has learnt to make her a cup of tea.
However, the remarks left viewers disgusted with many stating they had "no pity for her" and that they were "cringing" at the interview.
@lucylou16202430 furiously wrote: "Never mind being on gmb, she should be in jail no excuse for drink driving.
"got no pity for her at all, she's lucky she didn't kill any one".
@HMSPoW continued: "There are more newsworthy topics to be covered so why do GMB keep giving her air time? She must know someone really really well on the production team for GMB".
@HeatherSpillan2 couldn't understand why the former model had appeared on the show, responding: "What was the point of this "interview"?
But Katie did say she is in a much better mental state now with lots of exciting things to come this year.
"Babies, marriage, I want everything. I have definitely found the one with Carl," Katie said when asked about her plans for 2022.
