Katie Price wants to put her newly honed cooking skills to the test on Celebrity MasterChef after catering for her son Harvey in lockdown.
The former glamour model and busy mum-of-five, 41, has boasted she can give showbiz chefs a run for their money - and does 'budget meals' too.
In recent weeks Katie has been whipping up homemade meals for Harvey, 17, to meet his complicated dietary requirements.
Her teenage son suffers from Prader-Willi syndrome, and is partially blind and autistic. Harvey also has septo-optic dysplasia, which affects his growth.
Mum Katie explained that her son's dietary requirements are "As important as his medical needs" and she "would love" to be invited onto the celebrity cooking show to show off her talents.
Katie told The Sun : "I love my food, cooking for Harvey and the kids is something I really plan to do more - the kitchen is the heart of any home."
She added: "Cooking is something to keep us all focused and upbeat in lockdown."
The reality star also said home cooked food is "key" to supporting "your own bodies immune system".
"I would love to be invited to do Celebrity Bake Off, or Celebrity Masterchef - it makes me hungry just watching it!
"I could give those celeb chefs a run for their money - I’d do meals on a better budget too!" Katie joked.
Sharing a clip on her Instagram Story, Katie was seen cheffing it up in full force as she cooked a hearty meal for her son.
In the clip, Katie asks Harvey: "Harv, is Mummy cooking for you again?"
He responds: "Yes Mum."
Posting the clip to her followers, Katie even took a sneaky swipe at chef Jamie Oliver, writing: "Last night's dinner... Jamie Oliver eat your heart out!"
