Katie Price ditches wig and make up for TV after getting stuck in traffic

Katie Price ditched her wig and makeup look for her appearance on Good Morning Britain earlier this week.

The mum-of-five was appearing on the show to discuss her upcoming wedding plans with former Love Island star fiancé Carl Woods.

After finding herself stuck in traffic, Katie was short on time when she arrived to the studio for her segment and was forced to make her appearance without a glamorous full face of make up.

Speaking to GMB hosts Susanna Reid and Adil Ray, the former glamour model confessed that traffic had caused her more natural look.

She said: "Panic, again, like the last time I came on here, my mum was on here and I was literally late, the traffic.

"It’s happened again today, I haven’t done my hair, no make-up. It is what it is."

Her 32-year-old fiancé didn't skip a beat, letting everyone know exactly what he thought of his soon to be bride.

He said: "Good job she’s naturally beautiful, hey?”

Katie looked smart in a black shirt, which complimented her white manicured look.

She showed off her engagement ring as she beamed with her make-up free look, with her hair pulled back from her face.

Carl rocked a similar look, wearing a tight fitted, long sleeved black top.

Katie's lips looked plump alongside her defined brows - which she attributed to having them done the day before.

The happy couple announced their engagement last month, and are in a rush to have a ceremony later this year so that Katie's terminally ill mum, Amy, can be there.

Speaking about her mother on the show, Katie decided to directly address her.

She said: "And obviously, my mum's terminally ill – my mum's watching, love you mum and yes it's the same as when you were here, I was late again and she's going to have a go at me as I had my lips done yesterday, yes I did it, whatever, she said don't you dare do it before you go on telly – anyway, obviously she's terminally ill and she said she wants us to get married so she sees it."
