While Katie has been urging her followers to hit the healthy road, Katie has revealed that she will be embracing the push to get in shape for the sunshine months.
Posting on her Instagram stories, Katie revealed her motivation to get fit by writing: "The day is finally here... gym, healthy, summer bod on its way".
All sounds very positive and inspirational for some but there seems to be a backdrop to this health kick that went unsaid.

The writing was posted over a pic of restaurant table full of menus which seem to indicate that Katie was going to start her summer regime with a cheeky Nando's.
With the weeks ahead look decidedly free of spicy chicken, Katie thought she would sneak in a last supper before embarking on a potentially gruelling regime.
Who could knock Katie though, as she will need a little sustenance for the days ahead as those zero calorie meals are not going to keep hunger at bay for too long.
