Katie Price could be jailed for five years after arrest on suspicion of breaching restraining order

Katie Price could be facing five years in jail after she was arrested on suspicion of breaching a restraining order.

Police were called to the former glamour model's home in Sussex on Friday after unconfirmed reports claimed that the 43-year-old sent a message to her ex-husband Kieran Hayler and his fiancee Michelle Penticost.

A spokeswoman for Sussex Police said: "At 5:45 pm on Friday (21 January) police responded to a report that a suspect had breached their restraining order.

Katie was banned from contacting Ms Penticost in 2019 under the terms of a five-year restraining order.

She was fined hundreds of pounds after hurling a foul-mouthed "tirade of abuse" during a row in a school playground.

In December mother-of-five Katie was handed a 16-week suspended sentence and a two-year driving ban for drink-driving without insurance while she was disqualified.

Katie was married to Kieran from 2013 to 2018.

The couple had two children together, eight-year-old Jett and seven-year-old Bunny.

Next week the former Celebrity Big Brother winner will take fans into her home dubbed the 'Mucky Mansion' in a new Channel Four documentary series.

She will be seen renovating her 10-acre, 19-room property in the new show after it fell into disrepair.
