Katie Price celebrated her 41st birthday with her children Junior and Princess after issuing a grovelling public apology to their dad Peter Andre .
The former glamour model had been at loggerheads with her ex-husband for years, and has blasted him on a number of occasions for banning their children from taking part in her reality show.
After slagging him off on Good Morning Britain and at the launch of her kids' clothing ranges, Katie apologised to Pete publicly.
She said on Twitter : "I had a tough year last year! A person stirred trouble with me and Pete which he reacted to protect our children!
"Yes I said things but I was upset and didn’t mean harm! Me and Pete love each other really lol !I’m sorry @MrPeterAndre if I hurt you!"
Peter then retweeted her post hours later, adding: "Do you know what, I really appreciate you saying that. Thank you"
Now that they appear to be on better terms, Katie spent her birthday with Junior, 13, and Princess, 11.
They were joined by Katie's boyfriend, Kris Boyson to mark the milestone.
Katie, who recently had a face lift, bum lift and liposuction, was seen with a huge smile on her face as she was pictured outside her Sussex home on Wednesday.
The mum-of-five was seen carrying a birthday cake and a huge pink heart-shaped balloon with the words 'Happy birthday my daughter' written across it as she walked alongside her kids and Kris.
Katie wore skin-tight shiny black leggings and an off-the-shoulder pink jumper for her special day.
Princess was seen wrapping her arm around her mum's neck as Katie blew a kiss at her.
