Love was in the air as the duo enjoyed lunch with a group of pals at Katie's ex Kris Boyson's favourite restaurant Sheesh.
With a wink to the camera, the mother-of-five cheekily called her love her "hubby" over the lunch table leaving her friends giggling.
Carl, 31, was quick to correct his girlfriend, 42, he would be her husband in the "future".
She said: "What's my hubby got?"
He added: "Future."
It would be the fourth time Katie walked down the aisle.
But it seemed Katie hasn't ruled out tying the knot again.
Her love life has previously been turbulent after her marriages to Peter Andre, Alex Reid and Kieran Hayler didn't work out.
It's her first relationship since her romance with Kris didn't work out late last year.
The lovebirds were engaged over the summer but their love life crumbled.
But the Instagram sensation has reportedly been telling pals she finally feels like she has met Mr Right at last.
An insider said: “Katie has fallen for Carl very quickly. She finally feels like she has a real man at her side.
“They’ve been spending a lot of time in the bedroom and Katie hasn’t been disappointed.
"In fact she’s been telling her pals the sex is mindblowing and the best she’s ever had."
