Katie Price has put her plans in motion to offer to adopt a two-year-old girl with a cleft lip.
Olivia, who has complex health issues, is in need of a forever home or adoption agency Families For Children revealed she could spend her life in permanent care.
Mother-of-five Katie said she could provide little Olivia with a good home, especially with her experience including handling kids with severe needs.
A woman of her word, the TV personality took action and put in the calls to the authorities.
However, the former glamour model was disappointed to find she had no answer when she rang through to the authorities.
She told her followers via Instagram stories over the Bank Holiday weekend: "Yes, yes I've tried to contact but no answer."

Already the My Crazy Life: Katie Price star has had plenty of experience with raising a child with disabilities.
Her eldest Harvey has Septo-optic Dysplasia, a rare genetic disorder affecting his eyesight, as well as autism and Prader-Willi syndrome which can bring about learning difficulties and behavioural problems.
Determined Katie said she she could offer Olivia a good home and can handle children with severe needs.

She told The Sun : "Yes I absolutely want more kids, and I have always said that I will adopt.
"I’ve proved to the public with Harvey that I know how to handle children with severe needs, I know I could provide a good home for little Olivia."
The heartbreaking development comes after Katie told fans she would love to have Olivia as part of her family.

She told fans: "I would love to (have) her in my family."

Doing it differently this time round, the reality star has revealed she will take Carl's surname and become known as Katie Woods.
Their wedding will be an intimate affair with no exes or wall-to-wall celebrities.
