Katie Price has blasted her ex-husband Kieran Hayler following news of his arrest on Good Friday, calling him "disgusting". Kieran, who shares children, Jett, 9, and Bunny, 8, with the former glamour model, was arrested on suspicion of child neglect and suspicion of possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
The ex stripper married Katie back in 2013 but the pair divorced in 2021. Katie was snapped at London Stanstead Airport with her on-off fiance Carl Woods and children on Easter Sunday, writes The Mirror.
The mum-of-five was asked by the press if she had any comments on Hayler's arrest, to which she replied: "I just think he's disgusting." She told The Sun: "He's a disgusting human being."
A spokesperson for Sussex Police told the Mirror on Saturday: "A man has been arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence and child neglect. He has been taken into custody for questioning. We will not be commenting further."
At around 2am on Easter Sunday, Kieran posted what appeared to be a snippet from an article about "parental alienation".
It was headlined: "Parental Alienation is child abuse" and went on to attempt to describe what it was and suggest what the "primary strategies of an abuser" were. He did not reference Katie in the post.
Later in the day, Kieran shared a video of Easter treats for his son Apollo that he shares with fiancée Michelle Penticost and Michelle's son Valentino from a previous marriage.
He said: "Oh, the Easter bunny has been this morning. Excited for Apollo and Valentino to get up and they get to see their stuff." Kieran didn't refer to Jett and Bunny in the video.
It comes after Katie also shared an Instagram post just hours after the news of Kieran's arrest.
The quote read: "A person's true colors will always show within time. You may be fooled for the moment, but be patient and see what happens."
