Katie Price has been blasted by a troll who claimed she 'left' her son Harvey in the UK as she travelled to Turkey to undergo cosmetic surgery.
The former glamour model, 43, jetted to Turkey last week with fiancé Carl Woods, 32, despite the country going on the UK’s travel red list.
Currently all non-essential travel to Turkey is banned under UK guidelines and those returning from the country will be required to stay in a mandatory quarantine hotel, costing £1,750 per person.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, Katie shared a sweet throwback photo of her and Harvey, 19, as she recovered from full-body liposuction.
The star was clearly missing the teen, who has a series of disabilities, including ADHD, autism, genetic condition Prader-Willi Syndrome and septo-optic dysplasia, as she captioned the heartwarming shot: "The best cuddles are from your babies".
Although the former Loose Women panelist was inundated with supportive messages under the post, one social media user blasted Katie for willingly jetting off to a country on the red list to undergo plastic surgery, leaving Harvey under specialist care.

The user commented: "Well if you hadn't got to a red country for you're own vain self. You could cuddle him" (sic).
"I thought you look after Harvey 24/7 and only you can calm Harvey down" the troll added - referring to a comment the star made in her BBC documentary, Harvey and Me, while looking for residential accommodation for Harvey.
In light of the comment, fans came to Katie’s defense, with one insisting: "All do respect.... Do you have a child with special needs? Have you any idea how all consuming it can be?
"Carers are allowed to take time out for their own mental health. It's really important.
"Don't judge until you've walked a mile in her shoes. If you have nothing nice to say then keep your negativity to yourself."
The latest furore comes days after Katie defended her trip to Turkey, which is currently on the red-list, for plastic surgery.

The star's rep said that the trip is considered essential as it counts as work because she will be filmed undergoing the procedure. Travel to Turkey is not currently permitted unless for essential reasons, such as for work.
Katie's rep said: "Katie has travelled with her fiancé to undergo a surgical procedure. The purpose of this travel is essential in that it is for her work, she is being filmed undergoing the operation."
They continued to say that Katie is undergoing surgery to help her lose weight as she's finding it difficult to do so naturally after breaking both her feet.

Her rep added to the MailOnline : "Despite her efforts to lose weight she has gained over two stone - this in turn has put immense pressure and further strain on her feet and is directly affecting her walking and management of day to day as a mother of five without being in constant pain."
The rep continued: "Katie accepts she is in a fortunate position to be able to undergo this procedure and would like to reassure in doing so is part of her 'work', in sharing her journey as she endures further emotional, mental struggles and challenges."
It comes after Katie denied claims she was getting liposuction done in Turkey on June 15. Reports claimed she was getting £12,000 worth of surgery, including a brow and face lift and new teeth.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Katie said: "So I'm sorry but this story is wrong!

"I haven't had surgery today and I'm not at monosurgery and NOBODY knows where I am or what I'm doing."
"And when I do do anything and what it will be revealed on my," alongside a swipe-up link to her YouTube channel.
Katie previously said she was undergoing liposuction to lose some weight before trying for her sixth child via IVF treatment.
Katie told The Sun : "I have tried so much to lose weight, obviously we want a baby and we're doing IVF. I just want to shift some weight before we do it so I am going to have surgery."
