Katie Price asks for help hiring a mobility scooter after breaking both feet on holiday in Turkey

Katie Price has asked fans for advice on how to hire a mobility scooter and wheelchair after breaking her feet.

The former glamour model, 42, is currently on holiday with her family in Turkey, where she fractured both of her ankles in a freak accident.

Sharing details of her injury on Instagram, Price told fans on Thursday that she has to “have to have both feet operated on and pins put in.”

“[I’ve] been told I won’t be able to walk for 3 to 6 months,” she added.

Posting on her Instagram Story this morning, Price explained that she will need assistance getting around when she’s back in the UK.

“Does anybody know, or can someone get in contact with, where I can hire a mobility scooter and wheelchair for when I get back?” she said. “Because I’m not going to be able to walk.”

In the video, Price can be seen sitting on a chair with both of her legs in plaster.

The star is currently on holiday with two of her children, Princess and Junior, and her new boyfriend, Carl Woods.

Price fractured both her feet after jumping off a wall at the Land of Legends theme park.

A source told the Sun: “This is the worst thing that could have happened to Katie.

"She has spent all night in A&E in agony with a hairline crack through both of her heels.

"The pain is excruciating - but she has a bigger nightmare to come, trying to look after five children while unable to walk."

It's been an incredibly tough year for Price, who in the past month has seen her eldest son, 18-year-old Harvey, hospitalised with a mystery illness before the family mourned the death of Princess's new puppy, Rolo.

She has also faced financial struggles after being declared bankrupt in November 2019.
