Katie Price appeals for help after breaking both feet on family holiday

Former glamour model Katie Price has asked for help after breaking both her feet and ankles while on a family break in Turkey.

Katie, formerly known as Jordan, suffered the fractures while on holiday with her new boyfriend Carl Woods and her children Junior, 15, and Princess, 13.

The former Celebrity Big Brother winner made an appeal with her legs in casts from a wheelchair, asking fans for help finding a mobility scooter upon her return to the UK.

Addressing her fans on Instagram Stories she asked: "Does anybody know or can someone get in contact where I can hire a mobility scooter and a wheelchair that I can use when I get back?"

She explained: "So I'm not going to be able to walk. Doctors have confirmed three to six months or it could be longer."

Posting a photo of the casts on her legs she confirmed the horror accident.

And she went into detail about her surgery.

"Yes it’s true I have broken my ankles and my feet," she wrote on her Instagram page.

"I have to have both feet operated on and pins put in. "Been told I won’t be able to walk for three to six months."

Paying homage to her man she said: "@carljwoods is being amazing looking after me #reallove #bestgentleman #wordscantdecribemyloveforhim #hismyworld."

Fans rushed to send get well messages and her ex husband Kieran Hayler pressed the facepalming emoji to express his shock.

The 42-year-old mother-of-five, who is holidaying with her two children with her first husband Peter Andre, hasn't yet revealed how she sustained the injuries.

"Hope you have a speedy recovery," said one worried fan.

"Sending best wishes," said another.

Earlier this month her eldest son Harvey, 18, was rushed to hospital after suffering with breathing difficulties.

Updating her fans, Katie spoke of her joy after her boy, who has the complex condition Prader-Willi Syndrome and partial blindness, was moved out of intensive care.

"He has been incredibly strong and brave," she said.
