Katie Price shocked fans with her swollen appearance after it emerged she'd undergone three cosmetic surgeries at once last week.
But now the former glamour model, 40, is said to be 'in agony' after going under the knife yet again - and thinks her boyfriend Kris Boyson is the one to blame.
Katie and Kris are said to be 'on the rocks' with the glamour model accusing him of driving her to get liposuction because he made her feel fat.
During the surgery spree, the mum-of-five also got a Brazilian bum lift and a facelift .
A source told The Sun : “Kris has told her that the pain is all down to her – it was her choice to have surgery.

"But Katie shot back that if he hadn’t called her fat on social media and mocked her on the TV show, she wouldn’t have had it all done.
"She’s miserable and blames Kris for how she’s feeling right now. They're bickering non-stop and it's putting the relationship at risk."
During her show My Crazy Life Kris chucked Katie's breakfast in the bin because it was too sugary.
He said: "And you wonder why you've put on weight? Are you on a wind up? It's pure sugar, Katie. Drop me out, you ain't eating that."
In another scene the personal trainer made her eat her dinner in her underwear to help her shed the pounds.
Katie previously revealed she was on a mission to transform her body after putting on 1.5stone left her feeling 'disgusted' with her appearance.
40-year-old Katie told her Loose Women co-stars last month that she'd put on weight after her difficult year.
