Katie Price and her beau Carl Woods have joined forces to make her eldest son Harvey's fitness their priority.
Harvey, 18, has Prader-Willi Syndrome, an underactive thyroid, diabetes, is autistic and partially blind - which has led to him struggling with weight gain and he now weighs 29 stone.
And in a bid to help Harvey, who Katie shares with ex Dwight Yorke, Carl has turned his garage into a fitness area so that the teenager can work up a sweat at home.
Carl told The Sun : "Kate and I have kitted my garage out with fitness equipment, and it's all for Harvey.
"He likes to do things with me and Kate. If he sees us doing that, I think he'll do that with us."
Carl added that it is a struggle for Katie to control Harvey's food intake.
He said: "It's not an easy life for Kate at all. She would much rather get him to eat healthy but he doesn't want to do it. Do you starve the boy? And cause him problems in that way."
Former glamour model Katie has been vocal about her fears for her son as his weight continues to creep up on the scales.
This year, on July 12, Harvey was rushed to Epson hospital in Surrey after suffering from breathing problems and a soaring temperature amid the coronavirus pandemic.
He was taken into intensive care where he remained for days before being moved to a different part of the hospital.
On July 21 Harvey was finally able to return home and reunite with his family and an insider told MailOnline that Harvey's hospital stint meant Katie was more determined than ever for her son to lose weight.
They shared: "Katie is about to embark on a new regime with Harvey in a hope that she can reduce his weight."
"Harvey's meds leave him with an insatiable appetite - Katie is constantly battling! But now, with the help of a specialist, Katie hopes to be able to help maintain Harvey's weight for the immediate future."
