Katie Price accused of 'Photoshopping' before and after shots in weight loss Instagram post

Katie Price has come under fire on social media as Instagram followers accused her of ‘Photoshopping’ a promotional post for weight loss drink Boom Bod to make her transformation appear more dramatic.

The former glamour model placed ‘before’ and ‘after’ photos side by side for comparison in an Instagram post, and described the detox product as her “go-to” for “weight loss.”

“Results are in! Another round of @boombod done, and THIS is why I keep coming back. It just works!” she wrote.

“Their 7 day achiever program is quick, easy and the shots taste great – trust me, if you’re fussy that matters,” she continued.

“For everyone asking me about health & weight loss tips, this is always my go-to. Check them out!”

The 40-year-old went on to share a series of similar shots on her Instagram Stories, but her social media followers seemed less than impressed by her latest post as they suggested that Price had edited the ‘before’ images in order to make her stomach appear rounder.

“Smoothing out in the first photo. Your hands are blurred. Not great impression for younger females that follow you as their role model,” one eagle-eyed Instagram user wrote.

“The first pic definitely looks like some Photoshop work has been done in her stomach to make it look rounder!” another noted.

Others said that they were “dubious” about the first image, which “looks like it’s been Photoshopped.”

Standard Online has contacted Price’s representatives for comment.

Price was previously criticised by followers for a similar weight loss post, as they called her out for “breathing in” and “changing [her] top and angle.”
