Katie Price is keen to marry Carl Woods sooner rather than later in a bid to make sure that her mum can watch her 'finally find happiness'.
The 42-year-old former glamour models' mum, Amy, suffers from idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and sadly it has been revealed that she doesn't have long left to live.
Katie, who has been dating Carl for 10 months, is keen to make sure that her mum will be there at her upcoming wedding as she says 'I Do' for the fourth time.
An insider close to the family recently told Heat Magazine that one of the heartbreaking decisions behind pushing for the wedding to take place soon is for Amy to watch her daughter tie the knot.
"Katie would love for her mum to be part of the wedding. It's heartbreaking, but she doesn't know how much time she's got left with her mum and she wants her to see her finally find happiness," the source told the publication.

The insider added: "Katie's dream is to have just her mum there, plus her five kids, plus a few more family members - but for that to happen, she feels she's got to act quickly."
Katie was over the moon to announce earlier this month that Carl had finally popped the question and, naturally, she said yes.
The lovebirds, who began dating last year, hope to have their wedding later this year as rules around the coronavirus pandemic continue to ease.

While the mum of five has kept her wedding plans top secret, she has also suggested that it will certainly be an unforgettable day and unlike any ceremony she has had before.
For the first time, Katie also plans to officially change her last name to Woods - something that she hasn't done for any other man she's married.
Katie's mum was diagnosed with IPF in 2017 and was warned that her prognosis could be up to five years.

In a recent episode of Steph's Packed Lunch, Katie spoke to a mindset coach after chatting to her poorly mum on the phone.
"My mum is my absolute rock, my absolute best friend and to be told she's got an incurable breathing disease breaks my heart," she said.
Katie added: "Sadly, she hasn't got long left to live,"
