Katie McGlynn sends fans wild by sharing her 'Zoom meeting' look at home

Former Coronation Street star Katie McGlynn has sent fans wild by sharing her 'Zoom meeting' look.

The Corrie favourite was flooded with compliments after posting a photo of herself on Instagram looking 'red hot' in a slouchy grey jumper over a long white shirt.

Katie, 27, teamed her comfy outfit with over-the-knee mink coloured boots and she completed the stylish look with with glasses.

She posed for selfie in her bedroom with a chic trunk-style chest of drawers in the background.

"Some days just call for no pants (trousers before anyone starts)," she wrote.

She added: "#zoomlife #skypesessions #comfyoutfit #whynot."

"All ready for the Zoom meeting," said one follower.

"Flawless," said another about her look.

And others posted flame emojis.

"Red hot," said one.

"Love this outfit. Stunning," said another follower.

And another said: "You look fantastic."

The Rochdale actress played Sinead Osbourne in the ITV soap from 2013 until 2019.

Her much-loved character died in October 2019 after battling cervical cancer and Katie won the National Television Award for Best Serial Drama Performance for the heartbreaking storyline.

Tomorrow Katie will be back on screens for the Channel Four show Stand Up And Deliver which sees celebrities paired up with an established comic who’ll mentor and train them to master the art of stand-up comedy to raise funds for Stand Up To Cancer.

Katie was mentored by Zoe Lyons.

"Feeling a mix of emotions for Stand Up And Deliver this Thursday," she wrote.

"But it was an absolute pleasure to be mentored by @zoelyonscomedy - my first time dipping my toe into the world of comedy and I wouldn’t change a thing.

"I just might feel slightly awkward when my parents watch my final performance.

"And don’t forget folks, this show is all about raising funds for @su2cuk so when you’re watching please donate whatever you can it’s been a tough year for everyone but charities have taken a massive hit and SU2C’s work is vital in the fight against cancer!"

There were tears in households across the nation when new mum and newlywed Sinead passed away with her husband Daniel by her side.
