Katie McGlynn has ruled out any chance of a romance while she appears on Strictly Come Dancing.
The former Coronation Street star will make her debut on the BBC One show this weekend when it launches on Saturday night.
Katie's professional dance partner is yet to be revealed but love definitely won't be in the air.
The 28-year-old has spoken out after speculation that she would be partnered with Giovanni Pernice - who she once had a romance with.
Katie explained to The Sun : "Giovanni is a really nice guy, but I don't really know him. We're on perfectly good terms, but Maura [Higgins - Giovanni's girlfriend and former Love Island star] has nothing to worry about."
She added: "I don’t have time for a man at the moment. I even deleted the Raya app recently.
"I think it’s fantastic when people find love on Strictly — it’s such a lovely story — but I don’t want that. I don’t want anything to distract me from dancing.
"Once the show is over, I’m definitely open to meeting someone. But I’m not desperate. I know it will happen when it happens."
And Katie has also taken action to help give her the best chance in the popular competition.
The Hollyoaks actress admitted to being a "very social person" and if she has a drink it’s with friends, as an excuse to see them.
But Katie has revealed that she's cut out alcohol, commenting to The Sun: "You only get this chance once. I want to give it my best shot."
“I’m going to eat well, fuel my body with good stuff, sleep when I can and, hopefully, I’ll get the hang of the dancing," she added.
"I’ve always loved training on and off but recently — because Strictly was coming — I’ve trained hard. I’ve made sure I’ve gone to the gym. I want to be good."
Katie has also shown off her transformation for the BBC dance show.
She shared an official Strictly photo of herself looking tanned in a champagne-coloured web effect dress and bronze dancing heels to her Instagram page.
