Katie Holmes was seen spending some quality time with daughter Suri Cruise, hours after her split from Hollywood star Jamie Foxx was confirmed.
The actress was seen putting on a brave face as she strolled with her 13-year-old daughter in New York, with the pair chatting away animatedly as they walked their dogs.
Dressed in a pair of blue jeans, grey top, sneakers and sunglasses, the young mum threw her hair into a messy bun and kept her make-up minimal.
Sure opted for a sleeveless collared top in a sweet floral print, a pink maxi skirt and flip flops and looked every inch as chic as her mum.
Jamie and Katie allegedly called time on their six-year relationship in May, but kept the break up private - much like the majority of their relationship.
They had been linked since 2013, a year after Katie divorced Tom Cruise, after dancing together at benefit in New York.
During the benefit, the pair allegedly danced to Robin Thicke’s summer anthem, ‘Blurred Lines’ and Jamie’s 2009 hit ‘Blame It (On the Alcohol)’.
Katie, 40, and Jamie, 51, kept their romance a secret for the next six years, only recently confirming their status as a couple after appearing together at the Met Gala .
Reports suggest that Katie is ok with the breakup, allegedly telling a friend: “What Jamie does is his business - we haven’t been together for months.”
News of their split came just three days after Jamie was spotted holding hands with singer Sela Vave as they emerged from a Los Angeles nightclub on Friday.
