Kathryn Thomas has shared some cute photographs of herself, her daughter Ellie, her sister Linda and brother Stephen enjoying a family day out in Dalkey.
The Operation Transformation presenter shared the photos of the day by the seaside with her Instagram followers and filled them in on her brother Stephen's dip in the cold ocean.
She said: "Stephen is braving the cold.
"He is sound and single if anyone is interested. But don't tell him I said that."
Kathryn has enjoyed spending time with her daughter Ellie during lockdown and appeared to be absolutely delighted in the pictures to include her siblings in the fun too.
Speaking to RSVP magazine about Ellie, she said: "It is unbelievable and she is at that age where she is changing a lot and her vocabulary is improving. She is so clued in and is like a little sponge. She is hilarious!
"We are aware that this is a special time and we will never get it again.
"That is one of the positives out of all of this for us: when would we have ever spent this much time with her?"
Although she's been spending lots of time with Ellie, she's been hard at work setting up her business as well.
She said: "I always say I will slow down but even in a pandemic I have had to set up a new business so I can’t slow down.
"We could have closed the doors and said 'See you all again when this is over', but we decided not to do that. In three days we had 500 people sign up with us so we are rolling with it and there is a lovely wellness vibe there.
"But I suppose one of the biggest learning curves from this is to put time aside for family more than I have in the past.
"We all have to make a living but there are priorities and it has made me really prioritise family time and working smarter in general."
