Katherine Ryan has urged the Kardashian sisters to be honest about the plastic surgery they've had.
The family has always denied going under the knife, despite their appearances looking almost unrecognisable compared to a decade ago.
And Katherine, 37, has told them "don't treat us like idiots" as she thinks it's obvious that they've had work done.
Speaking on Vicky Pattison's podcast The Secret, the comedian said she believes Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and co speak publicly about getting weird procedures like vampire facials, which involves getting your own blood injected back into yourself, to cover up their plastic surgery habits.
Katherine said: "I know she has Dr. Jason Diamond, he is the family dermatologist.
"So he's doing a lot of the peels and the lasers, they also go to Simon Ourian.
"Jason Diamond is a surgeon he does face lifts and things as well, but I don't think he does any surgery on them.
"I think they're offering these two guys, as smoke screens to be like 'here's who I go to, for a lovely gentle vampire facial with them' but there's someone with the fat gun in the back and that's person who's name I need.
"That's not a criticism, it's like don’t treat me like an idiot, there's a point where we have to be honest and share the wealth.
"Because if people do choose to participate in this trend of changing your body, which is a really contentious issue and I'm not saying anyone should, but there's a danger of if you don't know who to go to, then you put yourself in harms way, and fly somewhere and meet someone who doesn’t have a licence and that what I don't want that for people."
Khloe Kardashian recently came under fire when a photo of her, which seemed to show her natural body, leaked online.
The family's lawyers fought to have it taken down, but not before it was seen by thousands.
She addressed the issue but posting a video of her body, saying she'd achieved it through exercise alone.
