Kate Wright has sparked concern with a post hinting at being let down by her "most trusted people", months after getting engaged to Rio Ferdinand.
The former TOWIE star took to her Instagram Story late yesterday evening to share a quote text about learning to let go.
The 27-year-old, who has become stepmum to Rio's three children - Lorenz, Tate and Tia - after their mum Rebecca Ellison died, wrote: "We are often let down by the most trusted people and loved by the most unexpected ones.
"Some make us cry for things that we haven't done, while others ignore our faults and just see our smile.

"Some leave us when we need them the most, while some stay with us even when [we] ask them to leave."
The quote ended with: "The world is a mixture of people. We just need to know which hand to shake and which hand to hold! After all that's life, leaning to hold on and learning to let go."
Kate has given no context for the out of character post, which seemed at odds with the previously shared snap she showed her followers of her and Rio cuddling up together on the Sport Relief Ball red carpet last May.

She and the former England footballer are currently planning their nuptials, after he proposed to her with an enormous diamond ring while the whole family were on holiday.
As the couple jetted off to Abu Dhabi, romantic Rio got down on one knee on top of on the helipad of St Regis Hotel atop the Nation Towers.
Just last month, the ex-reality star was gushing about her happiness as she cosied up to Rio in her pyjamas.

Sharing the candid snap to Instagram, Kate wrote: "My happy place. Treatment in my hair, no makeup, chilling with my love."
Rio, 40, looked equally smitten as he wrapped his arms around Kate, who was sporting some personalised silk nightwear.
In March, Kate revealed that she's already planning for her and Rio's wedding and has picked out nine bridesmaids when she walks down the aisle - including Rio's young Tia as Maid of Honour.
