Kate Wright and Rio Ferdinand's has been shrouded in secrecy, with only close family and friends in attendance.
While those who did make the guest-list were forced to hand in their phones before the three day celebrations kicked off to avoid any details leaking on social media.
However, mother of the bride Jacqueline Wright has broken her silence on Kate, 27, and Rio's, 40, romantic nuptials.
Proud mum Jacqueline told the MailOnline: "It was a beautiful occasion. We've had a wonderful three days.


"The ceremony was on Friday," she added. "I'll never forget it, it was one of the best days in my life."
The no expense spared bash was held at D Marie Bay Hotel in Marmaris Turkey with the Mayor of Marmaris, Mehmet Oktay, officiating the ceremony.
The reception is said to have kicked off mid-afternoon on Friday with guests of the happy couple enjoying a booze free bar and food prepared by expert chefs.
The bash then ended with a huge pool party at the 196 room retreat.

An onlooker at the five star hotel told the MailOnline "It was quite the party.
"You could hear the music and the cheering throughout the hotel. The whole pool area had been sealed off, even for us."
Another eyewitness said they were surprised by the lack of celebrities in the wedding party.


"It seems as if it was an overwhelmingly a family and friends affair, which is quite unusual for a high-profile wedding such as this. I was looking out for famous footballers and other figures but did not see any. Perhaps they were just keeping a low profile."
