Ever since the Duchess of Cambridge officially joined the royal family in 2011, she's become a figure of aspiration to women and girls all over the world - from her fashion sense to the charitable work she does.
With Kate set to become Queen one day, it's fair to say she doesn't live a typical lifestyle, but while she's at home, the Duchess likes to keep it low-key, and even does her own cooking for herself and the rest of the family.
Earlier this year, Kate celebrated her 40th birthday and she looks better than ever - but what does her everyday diet look like?
With three children, many meetings and lots of royal engagements, Kate has a busy schedule to keep on top of, so is said to opt for a quick and healthy breakfast option without missing out on any important nutrients.

Breakfast
The Duchess enjoys drinking a smoothie in the morning and the afternoon which is made up of spirulina, kale, matcha, spinach, romaine, cilantro and blueberries, the MailOnline reports.
She also enjoys a bowl of oatmeal for the most important meal of the day, which boasts many health benefits, from lower blood sugar levels to a reduced risk of heart disease.

Lunch
Keeping it healthy, Kate often likes to opt for salad and bowls of fruit when it comes to lunch, opting for food that helps her skin, including lots of watermelon salads, gazpacho, goji berries, tabbouleh and ceviche.
"Kate already has the perfect figure but her motivation is to achieve radiant skin," a source said.
Dinner
Meanwhile, dinner sounds a little more traditional in the Cambridge household. William's favourite dinner is roast chicken and Kate apparently makes a mean curry and soups.
It has also been said that both Kate and Wills make their own sausages at home, and love to get the kids involved in the cooking process where possible.
Snacks
When it comes to sweet cravings, the Duchess likes to keep it cleaning, opting to munch on sweet berries and almond milk. That is some serious willpower!
