Kate Middleton's comment of approval to kids after respectful act at Jubilee celebrations

It was a big day for the Royal Family yesterday, as the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations got underway, kicking off with Trooping the Colour.

Even the youngest of the royals were out, with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis riding in a carriage down The Mall with their mum, The Duchess of Cambridge and Camilla, The Duchess of Cornwall.

It was four-year-old Prince Louis' first official appearance and while he stole the show on the balcony with his amusing facial expressions during the flypast, he and his siblings did a great job during their arrival into Horse Guards Parade.

The siblings respectfully bowed their heads to salute the Colour, as the national anthem was played.

It was clear to all royal fans that the youngsters had been well-versed in the traditions of the Trooping Ceremony.

And they clearly did Kate Middleton proud, as a lip reader has shared the comment she made in the carriage.

As reported by The Telegraph, the 40-year-old approvingly told her children "You can look up now" following their respectful act at the Jubilee celebrations.

The kids looked very smart for the occasion, with George dressed in a navy suit, Charlotte in a blue dress and Louis in a sailor outfit, which had a sweet link to his dad.

The nautical outfit had previously been worn by Prince William at Trooping The Colour in 1985 - 37 years before.

The Duke of Cambridge was just three years old at the time and was snapped wearing the sailor outfit on the balcony at Buckingham Palace.

Louis captured the country's hearts during his balcony appearance and lip readers shared some of the comments between him and his great-grandmother, The Queen.

According to Jeremy Freeman, an expert in lipreading, Louis asked: "Are the Red Arrows coming?" To which the Queen very dryly replied: "I hope so."

When the Red Arrows did show up and painted the sky red, white and blue, Louis' excitement seemed to peak after Mr Freeman says the youngster exclaimed: "Yes yes yes."

He also added that the Queen then said: "There it is" before Louis added: "Oh Red Arrows - whoah."
