The Duchess of Cambridge has explained why we shouldn't expect another exciting royal baby announcement from Kensington Palace any time soon.
During a visit to Bradford with husband Prince William this afternoon, Kate was chatting about the possibility of another Cambridge baby.
Her response suggests that George, Charlotte and Louis won't be getting a baby brother or sister in the near future - and it's all because of William.
During a chat with Josh Macpalce, who told her he had sent her and William cards congratulating them on the births of all three of their children, she replied: “I don’t think William wants any more.”
Josh, 25, who is autistic and has DiGeorge syndrome, caused by the deletion of a small segment of chromosome, held out his arms to the Duchess, who bent down and gave him a hug.
She then said: "Thank you for the hug".
Josh had travelled with his mother, Sue, 46, from Blackpool to Bradford, combining a trip to a pantomime with the chance to see the Duke and Duchess.
Kate and William put on brave faces today after a difficult week for the Royal Family, which saw Meghan and Harry announce they are stepping down from their duties - without consulting their relatives first.
Kate and William haven't officially comment on the news, however the Duke made a telling comment during a conversation about family this afternoon.
He said: "It’s sometimes trying to get people to understand that’s it’s ok to have these challenges.
"We just need to deal with them and we need to move forward rather than just be stuck in paralysis and pretend they don’t happen, which is no good."
The couple were at a workshop run by Near Neighbours, an organisation which brings people together in communities across the UK that are religiously and ethnically diverse.
