Kate Middleton and William weren't at Beatrice's wedding ceremony - here's who attended

The guest list for Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi's secret wedding has been revealed.

The couple tied the knot in a private ceremony at All Saint's Chapel in Windsor Great Park on Friday.

Under coronavirus lockdown restrictions, only a maximum of 30 people can currently attend wedding ceremonies, restricting guests to family and close friends.

The ceremony was attended by The Queen and Prince Philip, The Duke of Edinburgh, with a photo showing the couple smiling at Beatrice and Edoardo while maintaining social distancing.

Other guests included the couple’s parents and siblings, including Princess Eugenie, 30, and her husband Jack Brooksbank, 30.

Beatrice's mother Sarah Ferguson was also present, and read a poem at the service, as did Edoardo's mother, Nikki Shale.

But it was Edoardo's son who arguably had the biggest job of the day.

Christopher Woolf "Wolfie" Mapelli Mozzi was the best man and page boy.

The couple have remained good friends since their split, and after the engagement was announced Dara told the Daily Mail: "I wish the best for Edo and Beatrice and look forward to uniting our families."

Edo and Beatrice are family friends and have been close for years, but romance finally blossomed in autumn 2018.

The millionaire property developer popped the question with a stunning diamond engagement ring when the couple were in holiday in Italy.

One of Beatrice's friends told  The Sun : "They were obviously very keen for the Queen to come so the wedding had to happen before she goes up to Balmoral so this was a great opportunity.

"So many guests were disappointed not to make the big day but understood the reason for it.

"They are just like a normal family and had to make sacrifices like many others have up and down the country and looking forward to having a wonderful celebration when the time is right."

Beatrice and Edoardo had planned to wed on May 29 in the Chapel Royal at St James's Palace but the ceremony was postponed due to the Covid-19 outbreak.

Around 150 guests were said to have been invited for that postponed date.

Instead, Buckingham Palace confirmed the wedding limited the number of guests, with strict social distancing measures in place.

In a statement, the palace said: "The couple decided to hold a small private ceremony with their parents and siblings following the postponement of their wedding in May.

"Working within Government guidelines, the service was in keeping with the unique circumstances while enabling them to celebrate their wedding with their closest family."

The ceremony is believed to be the first time the Queen and Philip have attended a family gathering since the lockdown. Eugenie and husband Jack Brooksbank are also thought to have been among the guests.
