I wonder what William and Kate have bought each other to celebrate their first decade of marriage?
The tenth - or tin - anniversary is always tricky, because nothing says romance like a six-pack of baked beans or a roll of Bacofoil.
The Cambridges would probably appreciate such novelty tokens and save them for campfire adventures with George, Charlotte and Louis on the beach near their Norfolk home.
Because the video released this week to mark their anniversary shows what down-to-earth parents they are.
Fun, tactile and refreshingly low-maintenance when compared to the starry Sussexes.
Of course, the Cambridges are NOT your average couple with three kids. They are wealthy and privileged and, in that soft-focus video, looked more like models for posh country clothing.

But William and Kate are also members of an ancient institution and destined to be King and Queen. So it’s remarkable that they, of all the Windsor clan, have managed to forge the most normal family unit.
That is entirely due to the ordinary girl who walked down the aisle of Westminster Abbey to marry a prince on April 29, 2011.
Kate Middleton lost her heart to Prince William when they were fellow students at St Andrews University in 2002. He fell for “hot Kate” the following year after she flashed her undies in a see-through frock at a charity fashion show.
Five years later as William dithered about proposing it appeared that their romance might be over.

But “waity Katy”stood her ground, with a determination and inner strength that is now helping to secure the future of the modern monarchy.
And her middle-class upbringing has helped William to escape the legacy of his own parents’ acrimonious marriage.
Spending time with Kate’s family in the privacy of their Berkshire home showed him what normal family life could be – happy, relaxed, and secure.
He has learned from the Middleton model and forgotten the painful lessons of the warring Waleses.
And he realised with Kate by his side family life would be the perfect foil for the heavy burden of the crown.
So while this year’s anniversary gifts may not be fancy, tin is the perfect metaphor for the Cambridges’ marriage.
Strong but flexible, shiny but not showy, and certain to endure the knocks.
