Kate Lawler opened up about the moment she finally started enjoying motherhood in an honest mum post.
The 41-year-old has been extremely open about her experiences as a mum, helping fellow new mums on their journey through motherhood.
She and Martin ‘Boj’ Bojtos welcomed baby Noa in February after a difficult birth.
The TV presenter admitted she was struggling with her newborn until recently.
After taking to Instagram to do a Q&A, one fan asked her when things started getting easier with Noa.
In a brave and honest message, Kate penned: "Despite many women telling me the first three months are the hardest, I found the first four months incredibly difficult and only began to feel like I knew what I was doing and enjoy motherhood from then."
The former Big Brother star has been documenting her experiences on social media, with fans praising the star for her honesty.
In a recent post, Kate had a message for new parents as she reminded them that any difficulties they face with their newborn will pass.
Her post came shortly after she opened up about facing new mum guilt as she revealed that she was returning to work in July, five months after welcoming her daughter.
"For new Mums and Dads.. There might be days when you feel the lowest you’ve ever felt in your entire life," she wrote.
"You may wonder how it’s possible to feel so much regret when you felt so ready to create new life.
"There will be times you wish you could be the person you were before you gave birth or wonder if you’ll ever be happy again," Kate told her followers."

Kate then urged readers to remain strong and know that eventually, all the emotions will pass.
She went on: "Just remember, all of this WILL pass. I can’t promise you when but eventually, slowly, day by day, you get a bit more sleep and feel a bit more human again.
