Kate Garraway and Ben Shephard have come a long, long way together - through the hard times and the good.
The close pals, who have been colleagues for decades, have laughed, cried and got themselves into some hilarious situations together.
But there is one embarrassing incident that played out live on air which Kate may never forgive Ben for.
It was so awkward that even four years on, it seems that Kate still holds a grudge, and no one can blame her.
Kate was the victim of a prank which went disastrously wrong - and to make things worse history repeated itself just a few months later.
Back in March 2016, the presenters had just watched a group of people jump into a tank of icy water for charity.

Right at the end of the show, Ben called Kate in for a cuddle, then decided to pick her up out of nowhwere.
"I'm just going to put Kate in," explained Ben as he hoisted up his screaming co-host into his arms.
However, Ben was unaware that he had inadvertently exposed Kate's knickers on camera to the entire nation.
Kate attempted to put her hand on her bum to cover up while her arms flailed around.
To make matters even worse, when Ben threatened to throw Kate in the ice bath he flashed her nude-coloured pants once again.

"I didn't actually mean to display them," confessed red-faced Kate on a future episode on GMB.
"Ben Shephard picked me up, threatening to throw me into an ice bath, thought better of it and twice flashed my hideous nude-coloured pants."
Once the show had finished, two horrified producers pulled Kate to one side to explain that viewers had seen "everything".
Speaking to Lorraine Kelly about the incident, Kate revealed: "“The floor managers' faces, they were staring at me. They said, 'that was the worst thing ever, we saw everything'."
"I said, ‘what do you mean everything?’ No, they said. ‘honestly absolutely everything twice’."
Mortified Kate then explained that she had to sit and watch the horrifying moment frame by frame.

Afterwards, Kate revealed that Ben only didn't drop her in the icy water because he suddenly feared she would be eletrocuted.
"He suddenly realised, ‘Crikey, she’s got a microphone on, ever the professional, I dont want to electrocute her, or damage the microphone more likely, so put me down," said Kate.
One person who was not happy was Kate's mum, who admitted it was bad enough that she flashed her pants, but was more concerned about her unglamorous underwear.
"When your mother is telling you off for th quality of your knickers you know you're in real trouble," admitted Kate.
However, Kate paid tribute to her epic live televised blunder with her book, titled The Joy Of Big Knickers, which she gave full credit to Ben for.

"I showed the world your pants. You got a book deal off the back of that – and I’ve not had my cut yet," joked Ben to the Sunday Mirror last year.
Kate shot back: "You kept saying no one saw – everyone saw! I was getting tweets about it. My mum was furious. She said, ‘Why were you wearing nude pants? You could have at least worn something nice and silky.’"
Amazingly, Ben did not learn his lesson and history seemed to repeat itself just a few months later.
In June that year, Ben was forced to get in an ice bath live on GMB after completing a 210 mile ultra-triathlon for charity.

"There's not quite as much nudity as I'd hoped for but are you prepared to get into this bath," joked Kate.
After a countdown, Ben reluctantly slipped into the freezing cold tub.
Grimacing Ben joked it was "amazing", before admitting it was actually "horrible".
But he surprised everyone by shouting "come on" and dragging screaming Kate into the frozen bath with him.
"No, no, no," cried freezing Kate as she was pulled into the ice cold water fully clothed with heels on.

And it seems like Kate still hasn't forgiven Ben for his hilarious antics on that day.
"Ahhh we still a highlight for me @kategarraway still hasn't forgiven me," tweeted Ben in 2017 when the clip did the rounds on social media.
Last August, Ben also wrote back to a fan who sent him a link of the funny moment.
"Haha just watched this back again for the first time in ages and it’s hilarious," tweeted Ben.
The Tipping Point host added: "@kategarraway still hasn’t forgiven me."

The embarrassing incident is not the only hilariously risqué moment that the close friends have shared.
Ben once popped round to Kate's town house and was left mortified by what he saw.
Just thinking about what happened during that eventful lunchtime gives Ben the "shivers" to this very day.
"I'd invited myself over for a cup of tea like I often did as she wasn't usually keen as she had to tidy up," explained Ben on GMB on September last year.
An avid cycler at the time, Ben started to chain his bike up at the railings when he saw a naked person walk into the kitchen.
"Kate had obviously gone home and had a sleep. Suddenly someone nude walked into the kitchen and I looked up and it was Kate. And she was topless," explained the red-faced presenter.
"I kind of stopped. I was transfixed."

Ben’s eyes nearly popped out and he was almost paralysed to the spot - not wanting to move in case she saw him.
Thinking it would be too embarrassing to explain what happened, Ben slowly undid his bike chain then cycled off in a "hot sweat".
“I sort of froze, panicked... walked away really embarrassed,” he told the Sunday Mirror last year. “It became a thing in my head... I couldn’t tell her.”
When confused Kate asked when he was coming over, nervous Ben claimed he had "just got a bit tied up".
He kept the memory to himself for nearly 20 years, until he made the mistake of letting it slip.

Regretfully, Ben confessed all to Chris Moyles on a podcast after having a few drinks.
Obviously this meant he was forced to come clean to Kate after nearly two decades before someone else told her.
Red-faced Kate admitted she was "flabbergasted" when Ben sat her down to finally reveal what he had seen.
"He was sweating buckets," revealed Kate to the Sunday Mirror last year.
"The idea he’s seen me naked all this time and I never knew...we’re like brother and sister. I’m so glad it was before I had kids."

The pair have supported one another through many of the major events in their own lives – weddings, moving house, having children – as well as handling tough news stories and light-hearted topics on screen.
In recent months, Ben has been a constant source of support on and off camera during a horrific ordeal for Kate's family.
Kate's husband Derek Draper, who Ben is also close friends with, was hospitalised in March after contracting coronavirus and put in an induced coma.
Ben has given updates on Derek, Kate and their kids live on air and supported his friend off-screen.
He was in the studio for Kate's first day back to work - and on Wednesday she announced the bombshell news that he is taking a break from Good Morning Britain.

Confirming he was having some time off after a hectic few months amid lockdown, Ben explained exactly why he was heading off.
But he made it clear he was not just going off for a holiday like Piers Morgan, as he is getting stuck into another TV project.
"We're about to hit peak Tipping Point! Tipping Point series 11 and we're all back in the studio, back socially distanced," said Ben.
"I think I might do it with Andi [Peters] because he's doing Lorraine in a couple of weeks. But the set's had to change in order to get everybody up and running.
"I'm not going to be here but I'm going to be working, Kate Garraway! I know you think I've got my feet up and trotters up down in the south of France! "

Before leaving for the last time for a while, Ben shared a selfie with Kate behind-the-scenes as he paid tribute to his friend and colleague.
Ben joked that Kate had tried to get the pair of them fired with a hilarious remark while wearing a blanket with his face printed all over.
He wrote: "Ahh there’s nothing quite like working with @kategarraway have loved having her back in the studio - although still not sure about her 'a warm Shephard oozing all over you' comment.
"Thank you for all your messages, despite Kate trying to get us both sacked."
Ben continued: "Just off to catch up with series 11 of @itvtippingpoint which was put on hold because of Covid.
"Anyway will be back with Kate in the GMB studio in September for more of the same!!"
