Kate Garraway was sporting a new look on Good Morning Britain this morning but it wasn't for fashion reasons.
The TV presenter had been hosting the opening half-hour before she revealed she was struggling to read the autocue on Thursday's show after injuring her eye.
Kate, 53, therefore had to rely on her glasses to help her read the headlines as she appeared alongside Susanna Reid and Ben Shepherd on the ITV news programme.
Kate did mention her latest look, as she rocked a pair of large framed, tortoise-shell glasses.
"Let's have a look at the front pages now, if that is, I can see them" she joked, "If you haven't noticed [the glasses]… I've injured my eye," she told viewers.
"I don't know what I've done to it, but I’m going to get it checked out today.
"But it means it's all a bit of lottery at the moment as to whether I can read anything."
And it seems they were a bit of distraction for her co-hosts with Susanna remarking: "Kate, I'm absolutely loving your glasses, I've got a bit of glasses envy."
The presenter also muddled through her Smooth Radio show on Wednesday and took to Instagram with a video of herself where huge specs on in the studio.
Kate asked her followers: "Morning! Am I looking clever?"
And fans were loving the change in appearance.
"You still look great, you are an amazing lady," wrote one.
Another added: "Looking beautiful as ever Kate."
"You wouldn't be a top broadcaster/journalist on national TV if you weren't clever! Keep going. You're do an amazing job," praised a third.
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays from 6am on ITV.
