Kate Garraway took to Instagram to share a worrying update about her husband on Christmas day.
The Good Morning Britain star's husband, Derek Draper, has been fighting to return to full health after being struck down by Covid in March 2020.
Derek spent 13 months in hospital during which he was placed in an induced coma last year as he battled with the virus.
Kate shared a snap of her husband wrapped up in blankets and flanked by his two children at their family home, reported The Mirror.
The 54-year-old has been married to Kate since 2003 and share a daughter and son - 15-year-old Darcey and 12-year-old William.
Kate has been documenting Derek's difficult journey and shared an update on Christmas day.

Kate revealed to her followers that Derek had suffered something of a health scare.
She wrote: "So the last 24 hours has been bumpy - a scare that meant Derek might have had to go back into hospital (thankfully sorted by a visit from nurse/carer) , he has also had one of his ultra fatigue days so has been too weak to do much other than sleep."
She went on to explain there had been some other hiccups with her Christmas day – before explaining that things ultimately turned out 'perfectly'.
Kate wrote: "I burnt the parsnips ( Darceys favourite ) & got the "wrong" Lego for Billy. But now snuggled up around Dad's bed watching #nativity everything feels suddenly perfect."

She continued: "Feel so grateful to have the chance to be together."
And she added: "Sending love & hoping you have found some joy today whatever your circumstances."
Fans and followers were quick to send words of encouragement to Kate, with one replying to her post to write: "Merry Christmas to you and your lovely family Kate."
And another wrote: "Such a beautiful Christmas picture, full of love, surrounded by those we love. They won't remember the Lego and parsnips, but will remember just 'being'."
Kate recently opened up about how she anticipated her Christmas day turning out.
She said: "This year, we have got him home - and fingers crossed we can keep him home.
"Of course, he's not going to be putting on his Santa costume going out with Darcey for a father-and-daughter Christmas shop or the same with Billy.
"None of those things are on the horizon at the moment so it's adjusting to a new normal but also grateful he's here at all which we didn't have at all last year and feared would never happen."
While this weekend photographs emerged of Derek outside for the first time since his Covid ordeal began.
The Mail on Sunday ascertained images of the former political lobbyist smiling alongside his wife and kids as they enjoyed a trip to the theatre to watch pantomime.
The day out marked a huge step in Derek's recovery as he had been house and hospital bound since he fell ill almost two years ago.
