Kate Garraway says it will be ‘so hard’ for freezing cold I’m a Celeb stars

Good Morning Britain 's Kate Garraway reflected on the fact it had been a year since she went into I'm a Celebrity back when it was still hosted in Australia.

The presenter revealed she is not jealous at all of the upcoming celebrities who will be taking part this year as the show moves to Wales due to coronavirus.

As temperatures are set to drop in the castle that will become the celeb's home, Kate said it will be "so hard" for them.

This year's campmates include Corrie star Beverley Callard, presenter Vernon Kay, Olympian Mo Farah, and broadcaster Victoria Derbyshire.

Kate starred in the jungle alongside campmates including Jacqueline Jossa, Andy Whyment, and Roman Kemp.

"Roman was saying he is counting down the days to when he is still relevant," she laughed.

Asked if she was feeling jealous, Kate replied: "I remember the feeling of being physically sick.

"I don't think jealous is the word, I think it's going to be so tough for them.

"But brilliant, I love the fact it's in Wales, it makes it so different.

"But goodness doesn't it feel like such a long time since i was banging on about the jungle?"

Kate also thanked her supporters for all their offers of help this week after the devastating news her car, nicknamed Vicky Volvo, was stolen.

Kate said it was "heartbreaking" and that she felt violated after it was stolen from outside her London home.

Derek Draper, Kate's husband, is still in intensive care after a horrific coronavirus battle that has left him with long-term damage.

She noted that it was especially tough to have the car taken given her family's situation - but explained that viewers had even offered to lend her their cars.
