Kate Garraway put on a brave face as she headed to work on Friday.
The Good Morning Britain presenter, 53, was seen going to work for her show on Smooth Radio.
Her outing came after she revealed that her husband Derek Draper needs around the clock care and still can't speak properly.
Derek was rushed to hospital last year after testing positive for coronavirus, which saw him put into an induced coma and left him with several health problems, including diabetes and holes in his heart and lungs.
But Kate managed to stay upbeat when she was seen out and about in London this week.

She looked cheerful and appeared to smile for the cameras under her face mask.
Kate looked typically stylish in a white jumper with a coat of arms printed on the front.
The mum-of-two teamed the top with a pair of flared blue jeans and white boots.

She kept warm in a blue coat with gold buttons down the front.
Kate wore her blonde locks down around her shoulders and carried a white tote bag.
The TV star also pulled along a suitcase during her outing.

When she was chatting to Zoe Ball on her BBC Radio 2 show, Kate opened up about how her family is adapting to Derek's recovery now he's home.
She said their two children Darcey, 15, and William, 11, have learned how to communicate with their dad as he still can't speak properly.
Kate said: "He isn't really able to speak at the moment so he can't tell him off, I have to be the bad guy!

"They are besides themselves to have him home. They are my heroes."
She continued: "They know instinctively how to talk to him but not ask too much from him.
"In a way that grownups want to see the old Derek, they have an instinct, there is a lot of love there."
