Good Morning Britain presenter Kate looked sensational in a floor-length evening dress and minimal accessories.
The 54-year-old was certainly camera-ready, as she posed for snaps in the long black dress with a multi-coloured print.
With her blonde locks styled into a chic lob, the broadcaster beamed for photographers before heading into the Roundhouse in London on Tuesday night.
Kate's appearance on the red carpet comes just days after the mum-of-two collected a National Television Award at The O2 Arena for her heartbreaking documentary, Finding Derek.
The star is now a carer to husband Derek Draper following his long-term battle with the deadly coronavirus.
Speaking after picking up her gong for her documentary about her spouse's journey, the TV presenter admitted she felt 'strange' leaving her family at home to attend the star-studded bash.
"I wasn't sure I was going to come, not that I'm not extremely proud of it and love being here it's always so much fun, but it felt such a strange time leaving the family and I felt very sad about things with Derek," Kate told reporters after the NTAs last week.

Elsewhere on Tuesday night's red carpet, former TOWIE star Megan McKenna also stunned onlookers with her stylish ensemble.
The 28-year-old showed off her toned legs by wearing an ultra-short black mini dress to attend the showbiz bash.
The country singer's black dress featured an off-the-shoulder cut on one side - with the other side of the garment providing the star with a full length sleeve.
The X Factor : Celebrity winner teamed the unique dress with a matching clutch bag and chic open toe heels.
The reality TV star opted to style her blonde hair in a stylish up-do and rock a natural makeup look for the event.

In recent months, Megan have spoken about embracing her natural beauty - after years of altering her appearance with lip fillers.
Towards the end of 2019, the star spoke of her regret of plumping her lips in the past and admitted she had suffered from body dysmorphia.
"What I would like to say to my younger self is you really need to accept the way you look," she told Christine Lampard on the Lorraine show in October 2019.
"I know there's Instagram and looking online and wanting to look like other people and I was doing that massively. You lose yourself a bit and you forget...I feel like I looked awful."
The musician added that her oversized lips were hindering her as she embarked on a new career away from reality TV.
She revealed: "All the stories written about me was about my big lips. It really as I've been working so hard with my music."
Earlier this year, Megan declared lip filler to. be' dangerous' while chatting on Good Morning Britain.
"I don't really agree with the whole lip filler now either, I just feel like it can be dangerous," the singer exclaimed.
"And I think people need to just love who they are. Instagram is kind of a big lie at the end of the day."
