Kate Garraway makes herself have sex every single day - and even has a spreadsheet so she can keep track.
The Good Morning Britain presenter confessed her saucy secrets after revealing in her book The Joy Of Big Knickers that she had tried a 14-day sex challenge with her husband, the former Labour spin doctor, Derek Draper.
"When you've been in a relationship for a long time, the physical side of things can be very unspontaneous," she tells The Sun .
"So the idea is to schedule sex and force yourself to do it once a day and make it the focus of your diary."
So organised, in fact, that she made a spreadsheet for it.

"We got very organised," she explains, "and we created this space for intimacy."
Kate has never shied away from talking about her sex life and continues to boast how it has got much better as she ages.
"When you're younger you want to be impressive, but when you get older, I think there's a different kind of intimacy," she explains.
"For women, sex only gets better as you get older I think."
Kate even says she is looking forward to the menopause.

"The menopause used to signify the end but that's because in the past, women didn't live much longer afterwards," she says.
"Now we're in a whole new era and it's an exciting time. there are actually lots of studies that show the menopause is a great thing and it rewires the brain in a positive way."
There are rumours floating around that she maybe going in to the I'm A Celebrity jungle this year, which the presenter denies.
"They haven't asked me," she claims. "I hate spiders and heights and I'm not good when I'm hungry, so that means they will probably ask me."
