Kate Garraway has spoken out after finally being banished from Celebrity Traitors.
The Good Morning Britain star, 58, was voted out after being suspected since the very first episode — but despite being a Faithful, she doesn’t seem too upset about her exit.
“Personally, I just felt genuinely lucky to be involved,” she said. “Because, you know, it’s the first one.”

“There’s been so much chat about it, and I never thought that I’d be included, so I was just like a wide-eyed kid in a candy shop for at least three days.
“It was more fun than I expected. It was more involving than I expected.
“It kind of gets in your head, and before you know it, you’re going through everything and over analysing.
“Everything was bigger and better than I expected.”
Kate also nodded to her late husband Derek Draper and his battle with long Covid during her leaving speech.
“I’ve had a lot of years of being very serious and very sad and you’ve all allowed me to play the most amazing game, be silly and have fun,” she added,
“I’m going to take away every new idea and a new kind of life, really.”
One of the standout moments from the series was when Tom Daley gave Kate a very unsubtle side-eye after she exclaimed she was “flabbergasted” after Paloma Faith’s death.
Kate has spoken about the now infamous moment in an interview with MailOnline and has reassured fans there’s no bad blood.
“I love Tom,” she told the outlet.
“But clearly my 'flabbergasted' is not his cup of tea. Although he did send a message saying his 'gasted was fully flabbered' - so I think he's on board now.”
Kate also told the publication she’s hoping to see her co-stars soon.
“We got together a couple of weeks ago, some of them I haven't seen because they've been away doing other things.
“But hopefully we've got a date lined up towards the end to see each other. The whole thing is just incredible, it's amazing.”
In the spin-off series, hosted by Claudia Winkleman, the competitors – named the faithfuls – are tasked with detecting and banishing the murderous traitors in the group while completing a series of challenges to win cash towards the charity prize pot.
If at the end of the series a traitor is among the finalists, the faithfuls lose out on the money and the traitor takes the full cash prize.
