Kate Garraway enjoyed a mother-daughter day with Darcey during her break from work.
GMB's presenter was spotted enjoying a casual outing in London alongside her daughter Darcey in the days after stepping down from the show temporarily.
The 53-year-old television star has turned her attention to supporting her family and husband Derek Draper as he recovers from his coronavirus illness.
Kate stayed close to her daughter Darcey, 14, as the duo popped to a pet store for supplies.
The Good Morning Britain host cut a casual figure in a floaty floral dress and a denim jacket paired with comfy trainers.
Darcey, who seemed quite preoccupied with her phone, opted for a pair of jeans and a pale pink sweatshirt as she accompanied her mum on shopping duties.
The ITV star's shopping trip came shortly after the mum of two revealed she was taking the week off work to focus on her family.
On Friday's show, Kate kindly thanked her colleagues for their ongoing support through through the recent challenging period.
"I'm actually not here next week, I'm taking a bit of time off to help Billy get sorted for secondary school and Darcey as well get ready for school," Kate said.
Kate added: "And also Derek, look after things on that."
She also thanked viewers for their kindness as the family tried to remain positive amid Derek's ongoing hospital battle.
It will be the first time since July that the presenter will be absent from Good Morning Britain as she dotes on her kids ahead of their return to school.
She added: "I just want to say thanks to all of you for being absolutely brilliant since I've come back through challenging times.
"Everyone here, you, Ben, Adil and all of the people off and on screen have been amazing."
Kate's husband has been in hospital since March after he contracted the deadly virus.
Earlier in August, the family also celebrated Derek's birthday and sang Happy Birthday over FaceTime, but were unable to visit his bedside.
